The Maintenance Agreement is formed between your Company and APS, Inc. and covers any printing equipment you desire for one low rate (paid either annually or monthly). Maintenance Agreements cover ALL PARTS, LABOR, AND TRAVEL required to bring your printer to good working condition! SAVE TIME - "Time IS Money..." Although American Printer Service, Inc. places a high priority on all Service Calls, our Maintenance Agreement customers are prioritized first when it comes to resolving Service Calls. This means that when you place a Service Call with APS, Inc. as a Maintenance Agreement customer, you will be responded to with the very next available Technician, even if there are non-Maintenance Agreement calls pending. INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY - All APS, Inc. Maintenance Agreements come standard with our guarantee to keep your equipment in peak working condition, often heading off problems before you even knew they existed! Preventative Maintenance (PM) of your inventory is performed at least twice a year, more if needed, depending on the printing environment. PM's include a thorough disassembling of the printer, inspection of major components, and replacement of any parts deemed necessary by the APS, Inc. Technician. Regular Preventative Maintenance is advised by all printer manufacturers and APS, Inc. to keep your equipment in good working condition. FREE REPLACEMENT PRINTERS - American Printer Service, Inc. stocks a wide variety of printers in working condition in the event a Technician is not able to repair onsite any printer covered under a Maintenance Agreement. In the rare case this occurs, Maintenance Agreeement Customers enjoy uninterruped business as a similar make / model will be installed and configured while your unit is being repaired (often returned within 24 hours). This insures that our Maintenance Agreement customer can continue going about their business while we go about ours! FLEXIBILITY - American Printer Service, Inc. employs 'Agreements' as opposed to 'Contracts.' Far from semantics, this insures that you can make changes, remove equipment, or even end your monthly Maintenance Agreement at any time (30 day's notice required). No contracts to 'lock' you in for Services you no longer require or utilize! FREE INVENTORY UPDATES - At any time during the period of your Maintenance Agreement with APS, Inc. you can request a free inventory of all the printers at your workplace. Using this information, you will be better able to track and order consumables, replace aging equipment, and make updates to your Maintenance Agreement to insure the correct equipment is being charged. STABLE / DISCOUNTED RATES - Maintenance Agreement customers enjoy a stable rate for all equipment covered under the Agreement. Very rarely have we ever had to renegotiate rates (we haven't increased our flat Maintenance Agreement rates in over 10 years!) for a Maintenance Agreement customer. Once an Agreement has been agreed to and signed, that is typically the rate you will pay per similar unit as long as you remain a customer of APS, Inc. even if our billable rate increases! DISCOUNTED CONSUMABLES - Most Maintenance Agreement customers can enjoy a discounted rate for supplies and consumables purchased from American Printer Service, Inc. This can include toner cartridges, ink cartridges, paper supports, auxiliary drawers and trays, and even WHOLE printers!
