     American Printer Service, Inc. has been in the business of repairing and servicing printers for over 20 years now. Believe me, in those twenty years, we've had our fair share of product return horror stories. Sometimes those experiences are easy to laugh about in hindsight and sometimes they just chafe away at you for weeks afterwards. At American Printer, Service, Inc. we strive to provide our customers with an experience of 100% Satisfaction, because as a business, we know you've got better things to do than debate the finer points of a Return Policy that you need an army of legal consultants to understand. Below is our Return Policy...short, sweet, and to-the-point. We think you'll agree that it's pretty straightforward but if you have any questions at all please give us a call or send us an EMAIL!

We stand behind every product that we sell with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any product you purchase from us, the very least you can expect is that we will replace the product or refund your purchase price. In the event you are not happy with the product you ordered from us, please either give us a call or EMAIL us. If calling or emailing over the weekend or Holiday, we will respond on the next business day.

Replacements for defective cartridges will be shipped to you at no extra cost. Occasional delays may occur due to backorders but we will do our very best to get you a replacement as soon as possible! We do ask that you return the defective unit to our Corporate Offices for quality control purposes. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or Call Tag so there will be no additional cost for shipping the unit back to us.

Full refunds will be issued upon request after we can determine the cartridge was DOA (Defective On Arrival) or became defective due to manufacturing defect. A RMA or Call Tag will be issued for shipping the unit back to our Corporate Offices. We reserve the right to not issue you a refund if we are able to determine that the unit was not DOA, did not become defective due to manufacturing defect, or the failure was due to improper usage by the end user. If the unit was DOA, or because defective due to manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the product or fully refund you the purchase amount plus any additional shipping/handling charges incurred during the order process. We will not issue a refund if the purchaser has become a 'Reseller' of American Printer Service, Inc. goods. We will only issue refunds to the original purchaser and in the manner which the unit was originally purchased.

OREGON AND WASHINGTON STATE CUSTOMERS:
We'll come to you! As a service to our local Oregon and Washington customers along the I-5 Corridor, we offer this free VAS
(Value Added Service). If you believe our toner cartridge has damaged your printer in any way, we'll come take a look. If you're right, we'll fix the problem...no questions asked! We believe that the failure rate of our high quality toner cartridges is so low we can offer this VAS to our local customers with absolutely no strings attached!
