American Printer Service, Inc. strives to provide its customers with service fast and reliable shipping methods to get your product to you in the best possible condition. To that end, we use only UPS and FedEx Kinko's for shipping our customers' orders. If you would like your purchase shipped via another method, please give us a call or email us and we can discuss making other shipping arrangements.
LOW FLAT RATE SHIPPING
on all orders!
Shipping is $8.95 PER ORDER
placed with APS, Inc. regardless of whether the order is 1 cartridge or 10
cartridges (we'd recommend the 10)! Stock up with APS, Inc. and save money on
shipping!
ALL OTHER ORDERS
All other orders are shipped via either UPS ground or FedEx ground. We have done business with both of these carriers for several years now and have found them to be very dependable. Overnight shipping is available as well to all areas of the United States for an extra fee. Shipping for orders under $200.00 is calculated and added to your order via our secure Shopping Cart.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed the same day we receive the order. Please note that our Offices are closed during most major holidays and on weekends. In the event an order is placed over the weekend, we will process it as soon as we can the next business day. Orders are typically shipped the same day as it is processed; however, in the event your order, or part of your order is backordered, you will be notified either via email or phone if you have left such contact information upon checkout. The cut-off time for UPS and FedEx pick-up at our offices is 4:00PM PST. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
We will provide you with order confirmation and the tracking number of your order via email (automatic) or phone (upon request) if you entered contact information upon checkout. Ground orders typically take around 2-4 business days to arrive from our location. We will try to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible; however, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit or delays due to weather, floods, or other conditions beyond our immediate control. We would also be happy to track your order for you upon request. Please email us if you think you should have received your order but have not yet received it.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer International Shipping to anywhere except for Canada and Mexico. This includes American Territories including (but not limited to) American Samoa, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Guam, and Micronesia. Shipping to Canada and Mexico will typically increase your Shipping/Handling fees which are calculated upon checkout due to U.S. Customs requirements. Alaska and Hawaii are considered to be domestic shipping areas by American Printer Service, Inc. for the purposes of processing orders.
